Description

This course is designed to master the major scales that use sharps. Beginning with the C major scales. 

1. The major scale structure is W-W-H-W-W-W-H steps.

2. In the music alphabet natural half steps are between B-C and E-F. So A-B, C-D, F-G, G-A, A-B are all natural whole               steps.

3. To create steps between E-F add a sharp to the F, E-F#=W.   B-C add sharp to the C= B-C#

4. Here are the whole steps when needed. C#-D#, F#-G#, G#-A#

5. Each video begins with spelling the scale and how to play it on the guitar fret board
